Any forgiveness for AFK while crafting?

Even knowing it can get you banned but it is soooo easy to AFK while crafting. Yesterday I was crafting 34 of the highest bows. /craftque 32. Go grab a drink. Phone rings. 15 mins later. OH CRAP I forgot I was crafting.
I didn’t get banned but it is easy to get side tracked while crafting. We’re all adults and know the rules and I’m sure the GMs have heard a million excuses.

But sometimes life pops up.

As long as your using the commands in game and not scripting you should be fine.

You will still only make a certain amount and stop by using the craftque command...scripting on the other hand would allow you to go much farther and should be banned.

I thing /craftqueue was put in to avoid players making afk crafting macros.

This. You're totally fine in that regards, when using the implemented commands.
