AFK Farming 2nd Offense - Only 24hr ban???

Anyone have a good afk farming program? Looking to use it until i get caught 2x. May make 200p in that time period. Willing to share 10%

I think here they are talking about afk farming with pets doing the job, otherwise it would be macro/script farming which is more serious and more penalty.

It's called setting your pet on aggressive.

McNasty offense was different though. He wasn't just afk farming, he was using a program so it would cast abiltiies for him -> botting.

It's called setting your pet on aggressive.

isn't there a normal game mechanic, which every player can practice without macros? why don't you remove the command "pet aggro" right away?

It's easy. Puting your pet on aggro is important if you want to fight stealthers sometimes. putting your pet on aggro and being on the computer is not a problem.
But if you do that to xp/farm when you watch a movie, play another game or whatever, it's against the ToS. If you use looped and timed macros to be even more efficient, it's a worst infraction and therefore you will get a bigger sanction.

Just report people you see afk farming with pet in aggressive (breaking the rules)

AFK farming is never allowed. There is no 15 mins restriction.

Gms will wait a bit. If you dont respond you will get ported to the jail = first warning for afk farming.

If you do it again = time ban and so on.

Stop encouraging people to afk farm. It is not allowed and you will get punished for doing so.

what I don't quite understand is why afk farms without macro abuse are forbidden but afk macro crafting is allowed. What is the difference?

What’s odd to me
Go do dishes or laundry while pet kills mob because on agg or attacked-bannable

Having pet kill mob while on agg or attacked but able to say hello to a dev ....okay

So using a program to heal your pet once every 2 minutes = Delete your 9L4 and everything else, but if you don't heal your pet, you just get a warning? o.O Cmon...

If you really can't see the difference and how macro scripting is bad for the server there is nothing more that can be said. It should be pretty obvious why your 9L4 should be deleted for ANY type of scripting and I am glad they do it.

Personally I think AFK farming of any sort should have a harsher penalty.

People should not get credit for anything in game IF THEY AREN'T IN GAME.

This is not s single player game where you only have to deal with yourself if you decide to cheat. People actually play this game and deserve to know that the staff are actively banning for players cheating (and yes scripting is absolutely cheating) and it keeps everyone on an equal playing field.
