/30 question

Will we be able to take an existing toon, say lvl 1 or 29 or anything between, and use the command to lvl to 30?

I suppose is a new level as lets say beta 3 for example so is why they are doing this way. Just roll a toon and get /30 as they say

I am going to be trying other realms, since they doing that will be pretty fast

And I was done with beta haha

because I have a lot of toons between 1-30 with higher lvl gear on rdy to go

The command should work on every level. It will make any toon lvl 30, so careful with a lvl 50 one.
