The aspect-ratio seems to be set to 4:3 so the quality is quite... well bad.
If you're using Geforce Experience to record make sure to stop recording and start recording when you're really in-game, that way it picks up the resolution of the game correctly rather than the resolution of the loader/char-select (which seems to be 1024x768 in 4:3)

Shows rangers can be pretty strong!
Few tips I think can help you. Use more qbinds for your keys/stick/abilities etc.
Dont keyboard turn, you don't do it all the time but when you try and click an ability and move your keyboard turning you can tell cause its so slow. If you were to hotkey your abilities you could stop this easily enough.
Run Damage shield pots didnt look like you had them its free dmg might as well!.
And yeah the resolution being 1080 would be nice! makes it look alot better someone already mentioned the fix.
