I had a chat with Inchai after that fight and he said an archer was about to shoot him which is why he vanished. Archer maybe popped out of stealth behind me idk. Archer didn't shoot him though since I got a solo kill from him (popup message after fight). Yungfade on the other hand I have no idea.
