wrong effect on some weapons on hib, or maybe im wrong....

darkened vine cover sickle or claidheamh falcata had damage 65/health returned 50%, or in 1.62 it was 100% returned, so i don t know if im wrong or if they changed something in 1.65

i believe these both should be health returned 100%, i checked for patches regarding these weapons and none say that it was changed and the updated delve screen shot of "Claidheamh Falcata" shows the health return 100% with no notes stating anything was changed to the lifedrain health return:
