We killed him last night and received a Str/Con charge item from his loot table. Only had 2 charges maximum though.

Added a lot of loot to the mob. Before it was only dropping the mantle with the str/con charge. It now drops with a 25% chance one of the following items:
Belt of Glacial Might
Double-Bladed Ice Razor
Frozen Tree Splitter
Frozen Tundra Walker's Mantle
Great Ice Claw
Ice Bone Prey Killer
Icebound Buckler
Icebound Protector (Mid)

Also changed the spawn of the mob. After next reboot it will only be one mob alive at a time. If the mob is killed, it will spawn at a different location. There are 8 different locs where this mob may spawn. Before the fix, the mob was 8 times alive at the same time at all 8 spawnpoints.
