(World Build) - 3 or 4 Fylga mobs standing on road in Odin's Gate

There are some Fhylga cat spectral mobs on the road right passed Hibernian Mile Gate > that have multiple times agro'd on us as we patrol the roads in Odins Gate. This is the only spot in Odin's where mobs are spawning directly in the road.
