The snare nuke of the wizard ice spec currently has the wrong casting animation, more looking like an earth spec spell.
I didnt find any hard evidence on how it is supposed to look, but this earthy look just felt very wrong. The only vague evidence I actually found was from this video: https://youtu.be/jJjsGldeN3o?t=2m48s
He nukes mostly with his resi debuff nuke (as he normally roots targets before that), but in this case the last nuke he casted at this norseman had a different animation and spell effect, and reminded me on how it probably looked.
Same goes for the fire spec dd (Lesser Combustion et al). It currently looks like the bolt cast animation when it should also be the one shown in the attached sshot034.jpg.

it only has a different casting animation for the first few levels (skill level 1, 3, 6 and 10), after that, it is the usual cast animiation. i dont know for sure wether the one from the first few levels in correct. animitions do change with progressing levels, so i thought it would be okay.
