Whisper /task does not provide level appropriate mobs to kill

At level 1, 3 times it gave me red/purple mobs to kill as a level 1 Skald in Haggerfel from Guard Rinda

Also in Aegirham at level 9 i got a purple biting insect.

We will be removing kill tasks, at least in their current form, for now.

whisper tasks were removed, there are now the always active kill tasks instead.
