As a retired programmer, I know lazy programming when I see it. If I use the /where command and I don't capitalize the first letter of the name of the NPC I am looking for, the guard tells me no such person is around here. Capitalize the first letter and ask again, and shazam, the guard knows where he is. Not a huge deal, but easy to fix.

The entire where command is a piece of art. The said direction is different from the direction where the guard will point to and neither are correct.
