The Hibernia Galladoria drop "Vine Covered Sword", dropped from Uaimh Lairmaster, is not purchasable with Phoenix feathers. I am not sure if all named drops are supposed to be purchasable but this weapon is kind of important because it is the LW slash weapon with the damage add proc. I have seen this item actually drop in Galla raids but when I went to buy it I found that it was not in the vendor list.
I also checked the other vendors thinking maybe it was just in the wrong place but I did not see it there either.
