Underhill Companion stops casting and goes melee if you pull again right away

If I wait about 5+ seconds from the death of last mob to pull the next, the caster pet seems fine.

If I kill something and immediately order him to attack, instead of like the last pull he will now run up to melee, if pulling from long distance once he seems to hit that 5 sec point he then starts casting - mid-run towards enemy.

I noticed if the pet finishes his casting animation, as if he killed off the mob, everything is fine, it is the interruption because I killed or someone else killed the mob then he does this.

I remember having to wait a bit for the pet to check if it can go in caster mode when it has been put in melee mode does not happen instantly I think the pet checks like every 10 secs or something like that. At least how it was in 2003 era

I had a 50 enchanter i solo'd to 50 doing just caster + me nuking and this never happened once during beta, so something happened since then.
