Unable to charm Mobs: Not in view / not visible

Impossible to charm Mobs since they are not in view / not visible.

1) Create Minstrel / Sorc / Mentalist
2) Go to Emain
3) Try to charm Mobs (Torc, Grogans, Grannys, Mobs at and near the graveyard near the ATK in Emain)
4) Can not charm Mobs since not in view / not visible

Might be the same issue for other mob types. e.g. Mobs surrounding the APK in Odins Gate.
