Not sure if it's a bug or the devs simply haven't had time to get around to sorting it, but not being able to use your bps to apply effects to your weps is worth reporting at least because it sucks.

Troll spear transmog is also unable to have effect applied and is listed twice in the 2h transmog options for hunters
