Tradeskills window empty after joining crafting profession

Sounds like the same issue as Bug #1430.

Playing a NS, joined the Alchemy profession, and the tradeskills window is blank so I cannot craft.

I've just noticed the same problem with Hibernian Tailoring. Nothing in the Tradeskills section, so I can't do any crafting :-/
After seeing this, I double-checked to make sure that I had actually joined the Tailoring profession, and it shows up as "Tailoring" in my character stats window.
