The last Dot change broke dot kiting

When DoTs were changed to only place the player in combat on the first tick, it also only flags the mob as in combat on the first tick. This means that mobs can actually begin walking back to camp while still taking dot damage. It breaks dot kiting and its absolutely unintended behavior. The mob's return timer isn't supposed to start until after the last tick of damage.

*Replicate* Have a dot. Cast the dot. Run away from the mob and don't let them hit you. Do not cast anything on them until the dot wears off. Watch as the mob returns to spawn with 1-2 ticks of dot still going, or immediately after the dot ends, depending on the mob.

on my mana menta they start to turn back quite after the last tick of aoe dot

Can confirm, on caba the mobs start turning back while under the dot effect and its not the correct behaviour
