Teleporter options

Would be nice if all teleporters had the same teleport options.
For example on Hib you can only teleport to Innis Carthaig from Tir na Nog.
On Mid you can only teleport to Hagall from Aegir.

on hib: the porter in my house does not offer TNN. workaround: the porter at housing entrance can port me to TNN
