Task mobs from pennine mountains

Mobs like great boar or cockatrice spots got hard nerfed(is it intended?)Now its very hard to farm xp items theres due of like 2-4 mobs per spot.

1)Go to pennine,
2)Find spot with these mobs,
3)Notice it's greatly reduced.
