Style follow ups don't work after purging stun or switching weapons

This used to work on live and Uthgard.

> Do valkyrie shield
> get stunned
> purge
> midnight sun will go as unstyled

or

> do 2h PA
> switch to 1h
> follow ups will not go

or

switch weapons while performing hamstring combo, consecutive follow ups will not go.

This is such a game breaker for assassins and SBs in particular , as a lot of the targets have slams. It's easy to exploit this - get PA'ed , you numb and completely make the whole chain useless, 10 sec later your slam is good to go. You win 100% of the times, unless you play with no armor on.
