Strafing message appears to the wrong player

As you can see on the 4th line, that the made 100% miss rate,
It wasn't me but the opponent who strafed.

But as you can see on the 3rd line, Strafing message appears to me for some weird reason.
That message should appear to the person who strafed.

It wasn’t me but the opponent who strafed.

I have also encountererd several assassins, explointing VIPER by PA you / putting poison on you and strafing around, you still cant hit them - while they strafe - but you die on the DOT. Some DEV's should look at this issue.
