Release and Recast pet and new pet stuns 1st mob then no others after.

The stun appears to be buff that triggers when pet is first put into combat and has a duration of a minute or two then fades.
Summon a fresh spirit soldier, buff it up, and the buff lasts about long enough for the pet to kill 3 blue con werewolves in a row one after the other.
Summon a fresh spirit soldier, buff it up, attack 1 mob and stun works. Stand around idle for a few minutes after 1st mob, then attack a 2nd mob and the pet does not cast stun on 2nd or more mobs,

Appears fixed after 7/20 patch.
i noticed the same behavior with my level 22 druid's pet stun, had my pet attack level 50 training dummy to show the resists since stun doesn't show up in the combat log, pet was stunning fairly consistently until i had pet attack and kill a rat boy then when i sent pet to attack the level 50 training dummy again it stopped having a chance to stun.

After further testing it appears it's not just the first mob only. As long as the pet stays in combat initially after summoning, it will stun mobs. Once it ends combat, it will not stun again in further fights.
Pet stops casting stun after the first time it ends combat after being summoned.
