Spinolich mob in Iarnwood has no droptable and respawns extremely slow

Hi.
The Spinolich mob in Vasrem Area 54000/51000 LOC (Iarnwood MID SI) doesnt drop items. They do drop bag of coin.
They also seem to repop extremely slowly. 2 BD can easily empty the camp without seeing any respawns.

Note its not Iarnwoods Lair its outside in the forest

Update: I have cleaned out the camp again and the mob wont respawn. either they respawn in 1 hour or more or once killed they wont respawn until server restarts.
