There are 2 kinds of mezz dampening on Mind Twisting spec line for sorcerer.
1. Self buff - ex) Level 45 Invulnerable Mind (-55% mezz duration)
2. Group chant - ex) Level 39 Unity of Mind (-10% mezz duration for grp members)
However, if you delve these spells, it says, "stun, mesmerize, snare and root spells is reduced".
These spells should only reduce duration of mesmerize spell, not other CCs.
