Snare/Root effects on Pets cancel when out of combat

The pets get speed back as soon you're not in combat anymore,
I noticed this on necromancer first, then realized it is common behavior to all pets

- get your pet rooted
- wait 10 seconds (out of combat timer)
- your pet moves freely
- do anything to be in combat again
- your pet is rooted again

On the other hand, the friendly deroot from minstrel pet release mechanism is not working for the necromancer pet
