Running around by the Iarn Dwarves in Faraheim and disease slows them like every other mob. Hit the nearby Skosra and they aren't slowed at all. Tried multiple times at two different camps, it was not due to being resisted. The disease spell landed, they just didn't run any slower.

They are properly slowed, they just have a higher base speed than the other mobs
