Shroud of doubt - bonedance 14 lvl snare does nothing

As title states that spell does nothing , you don't even aggro from casting it

This has been fixed

To add to this, there is no power cost, does not cause mob to aggro, and has no effect. As far as I can tell, there's simply no spell effect that corresponds with this spell.
