Server rules page still shows realm switch timer at 12h instead of 4h

"Crossrealming is not allowed and trying to circumvent the 12h realm timer will lead to a punishment of the player."

It should read,
Crossrealming is not allowed and trying to circumvent the 4h realm timer will lead to a punishment of the player.
