self buffs timer not working all buffs dropping way to soon

abs, offproc, defproc, AF are all set to correctly to 1380 sec, modified all baseline damage shield buff spells from 1200 to 1380 sec.

Confirmed in game timers are acting appropriately, closing as resolved.
