Lvl 45 kobold savage with dext cap , evade 4 and self buff of 25% : 0 dodges on more than 50 blue/yellow conc mobs. Parry is ok but can't dodge.

Cannot reproduce. Evade seems to be working fine for me

there was a bug a couple days ago that disabled melee dodge for 12h
