Respawn way too fast in some classic dungeons.

During instant 50, three friends and I have been doing /level 20, /level 30, etc and trying different dungeons/group builds (just for fun/testing/etc). We've noticed respawn rates in some places were insanely fast, to the point of it being game breaking. We would pull 2 yellows/oranges and the last 2 would already be popping on us before we could complete the fight. Being that we all have capped stats/gear from /level command we were pretty strong, but in a norm run of a small man, I could see this being an even bigger issue on live. The dungeons we noticed this in were Cursed Tomb, Vendo Caverns, Tur Suil, Muire Tomb, Lair (Mid SI), Krondon, and Fomor to name a few. If we get to play more I'll add any additional dungeons here.
