resistance songs spam the system console

I only tested this with a bard, so I don't know about other classes. However, if you run a resistance song, the system console is being spammed with messages like "Your body resistance has increased" followed by "Your body resistance has decreased".

This makes me wonder if there is a short timeframe where the resistance buff is not effective, as well as if it would be possible to only show those "Your X has changed" when any stat actually changed, but not if just a buff has been renewed.

there is no time inbetween, while the resist does change everything is using a cached value until the change is comitted which happens after effect replacement, the text is currently sent when it changes
