Resist rate Necro

i witness an anormal high resistrate of necrospells which isnt nearly the shown resist chance
i casted 200 spells on mobs which show to have a 14,4-15,6 chance to resist the spell.. which means around 30 spells should get resisted.. but i had 42 resists.. which is significant higher.
Plz check if there is something wrong.

When I searched for "necro resists", this one was first, and had a green label that said "Resolved". It is not resolved for me. Ever since launch I have been getting an outlandish percentage of resists, often 2 out of 4 vacs, and 1-2 out of 4-5 taps. I played 2 Necros to 50 on Uth and one here during beta, and resists were so low that I rarely even noticed when I got one. This problem is exacerbated by the current bug where a resist statement is not displayed in the chat box for the necro class, so it is very difficult to collect useful data (impossible to parse a combat chat file, for example).
