I'm reporting this for someone else, as I haven't tested this and honestly it would be very expensive and laborious to do so, so take this report with that grain of salt.
My friend claims that he had houses on all three realms and at some point, his house on Mid was repossessed. At the time of the repossession, he had a full SB template in his house vault, in addition to other realm-specific items. After his house was repossessed, he claims that he has reclaimed the seized items on Hib. He likewise claims that his house on Alb was repossessed and that he also now has recovered seized plate armor items on his hib character.
Obviously the concern here is that, if true, the repossession merchant becomes a vector to "smuggle" between realms that were not meant to cross realms (unique items, items with realm-locked abilities(if any such exist) like 5.5 bows moving from Albion to Hib, as an example, might be possible using this technique.)
To be very clear: My friend is not attempting to x-realm or cheat in any way!!
If this is an intended mechanic, then please feel free to disregard this issue, and again, I apologize that I haven't verified this issue personally.
Thanks!
:hugs:
