Reflex Attack weapon procs

Procs from weapons do not trigger when activated by a Reflex Attack this includes any Damage Adds you have buffed on you as well. This maybe also why damage adds don’t work on the BM tri wield swing as well.

Oh this includes the Friar’s rejuvenate buff heal proc not working as well
