Screenshot above is a log from a fight against a reaver.
The spell has 6sec frequency/8sec reuse time, and i know reavers can benefit from instantly cancelling and recasting the spell.
But as you can see in the screenshot, Reaver PBAE DD pulse hit me twice a tick.
To explain more detailed, above tick was actually his second tick, and at that tick he hit me with 32(-14)*2=64 dmg in total
And after 2 seconds(So this was after 8 sec after his first tick), he cancelled and recast the spell,
and from that tick, he hit me with 31(-13)*=62 dmg in total
I don't think that pbae dd chant are suppose to hit twice every tick.
