Reaver Debt to Arawn proc line not stable

The debt to arawn proc line does not do stable damage. Since spell damage is based on your spec lvl vs the spell level for variance, you should never see one proc do 20 damage and another proc do 10. The variance is too wide, but it should be very stable at delve + piety bonus.
