I have 4 realm points available. I spend them. Relog and I have 4 points again and the RA I previously trained in is untrained. I do not even know when I spend them if they are actually in use for the RA I spent them in.

Same here.
Last night i was able to spec into Soldiers Barricade 2. Logged in this morning, and the icon was gone. The points were given back to me.

Yesterdays reboot (about 14h ago from now) should have fixed the issue. If it is still there, please open a new bug report and we will look into it again.
