1)Volley should have bigger range usable than it is at the moment. Minimum range is 66% of your bow range to target and max is "_The maximum range is very high. It is superior to clipping in fact, not much but it is quite impressive_."
2)Volley should not have LOS, we should be able to use it from behind the walls(for siege defenses or so).
3)Volley at the moment can shot 5 arrows in like 1-2s, but it should take more time to fire and hit "_Basically this shot takes 3-4 seconds._"
4)Damage should be normal arrow damage, but at the moment volley use it's ownd dmg formula somehow. It should benefit from arrow bonuses and your WS and spec aswell.
5)"Preparation time"-preparing the volley should take longer "_On the other hand, the preparation time is written with the* tenths of a second* (this is the time of a normal shot). And we can stay furious during the preparation._"
