1.62 Mythic patch notes claim that Rapid Fire ability dmg is % is of the draw speed %.
On pheonix ,it seems,rapid fire DPS is way lower then of a regular shot.

50 samples each,81 QUI difference between the samples,draw speed 1,50 and 2,00 are the rapid fire test with bows of 3,00 and 4,1
