Ranger Galla pants do not follow proper pricing scheme.

As per the +3 all magic/melee skill and/or 180 heal proc rule( https://forum.playphoenix.online/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=7047 ) Ranger galla pants do not fall into this category with +3 stealth. 150 ablative is priced at 15k on other pants that do not fall into the +3 all magic/melee category.
