Similar experience for a guildmate and I with the one odd addition that my Quest Journal reads exactly:
"KThe relics have been recovered from the Koalinths. Return to Druid Tobryn.Aura of Reflection"
Not sure if that's helpful in debugging the issue but figured I'd add the extra detail.

I just logged in at 449pm eastern United States time. Issue has not been resolved and my ticket has been closed as duplicate.

If the quest is bugged, you have to delete and start it again. Do the quest only, if you have the time to do all steps in session. After a reboot and/or crash the quest will be buggy and you have to start it again. We are working on this, but it will still take some time till it is fixed.

Quest is still bugged. Same issues as posted in the bug tracker and in the comments. Quest can not be removed from the journal.

Quest still not working. Just tried it yesterday in one session. i have collect all Quest items and gave it back to the quest npc die quest changed for yellow to blue but you cant finish it.
