Quest credit for Master Craftsman (45 hib) lost after relogging

I went out to Breifine to kill the Master Craftsman for the crafting vest quest. Killed him, got completion. Then ran out to Emain to fight. Logged out, logged back in and ported back to TNN to find the quest was no longer even in my log. Had to accept quest again, and I'm being told to go out and kill him again now as well.

yeah, had this one too, had to call for a GM to help me out, but despite his efforts, i had to kill the mobs again, providing me the ear and hand again didn't do it sadly.

Can reproduce it over and over just by logging it out. It completely removes the quest from the journal and you have to go pick it up from him again.

Just noticed that losing the quest is general, had a ld few minutes ago, ancestral secrets gone too. Please fix this ? =(
