Priestess mob NOT buffing

Priestess mob in albion frontier zone just outside hib portal keep is NOT buffing. It should be buffing dex/quick, str/con, and spec af to the person who charms it. I charmed it several times and 0 buffs.

Mob spells are not fully implemented yet.
