Portal Keep Guards in Thidranki do not attack enemy realm players

Thidranki: Level 21 Hib Ranger, I ran to Alb PK. Tried to suicide on Alb PK Guards but they would not aggro, would not attack my Hib. I was running along the ground hugging the Alb PK walls until a trio of Alb players killed my character still at the foot of Alb PK.

Guards aggro range was set very low, this has been corrected
