The game.dll file from "Phoenix patch" often makes my mouse is stuttering/lagging on realms / characters selection screens when DAoC game window is active.

* Win 10 Pro 1709 (64-bit)
* Inter Core i7-6700K, 32 Go RAM
* Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070, driver version 397.64
(and i already use Borderless Gaming)
That's a known 1.114 issue with a couple wonky workarounds, launcher will fix it though. And btw. 1.109 isn't really supported, while it works for most parts it can crash when viewing some items and you might see the rp flag blinking.
I don't understand why you're writing about Borderless Gaming as the issue I encounter is about mouse stutter only with the game.dll file provided as "Phoenix patch".
Will BE fixed with phoenix launcher.
