/payrent options seem broken

Hi,

I have 5 houses on 3 realms :
- albion, personal and guild
- hibernia personal and guild
- midgard guild

I wanted to pay for my Albion houses (personal and guild) so I used /payrent albion all max
It paid for albion (personal and guild) + hibernia (guild) + midgard (guild).



Few minutes later, I did /payrent all all max, it paid for my personal hibernia house, I don't have personal house on midgard.
