Paw of the Wulfen - Wrong default Skin and Effect

Paw of the Wulfen currently has the wrong skin and effect. It currently uses 981 or 961 - not sure - and it should use 971 or 979 as seen here:

It also uses the wrong effect as seen in the screenshot on zam.
