As the title says.
Dob's Bloody fang is a lvl 49 MP Piercer from Hibernia. The reason why this is a valuable drop is because of its extraordinarily fast swingspeed.

It is level 49, which means it is only delving for 16.20 DPS, but it has a SPD of 2.2, making it 0.2 seconds faster than the fastest craftable lvl 51 Piercer. For dual wield swingspeed purposes, this is a nice way to increase your overall DPS if you're willing to implement this drop in your template.
If it's not already implemented as a normal drop, I would like to propose to add it to Dob's droptable.
