both these options can be found in the /keyboard window.
i dont think the first option "forward break run-lock" has any use as this was added very late on live.
the second option however is very needed. for me when i hit CTRL (which i use as modifier) my character stops.
so with that option that would be resolved. it could be that this option was also added late on live, but its definately a useful one
yes it does this on uthgard to - as said the fix was added on live in march 2017
probably not an easy fix as it took the actual game 15+ years to add the fix
Boths option are implemented and working in actual beta.
if you dont consider it a bug, i gues it belongs in "Features"
just found the hotfix: it was from 28 march 2017
Users can now press the ALT, CTRL, and SHIFT modifiers when holding down their run forward keys without causing their character to stop.
In other words, characters will continue running forward if a user presses alt+, ctrl+, or shift+ while they are actively holding their run forward key down.
I believe it does this on Uthgard as well. My guess is this is strictly client side, which will limit our ability to change it.
